Delivery Area
Our products (habikora, hereinafter referred to as “we”) are delivered exclusively within Australia. Delivery is not available outside Australia. -
Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 110.99 or more (including AUD 110.99) qualify for free shipping;

Orders below AUD 110.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our business hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 (AEST).
Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed starting the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day. If a rest day applies, processing will begin on the next available working day. -
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. -
Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 5–10 working days after dispatch. -
Shipping Carriers
We work with the following carriers: Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle and CouriersPlease. -
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt and carrier details.
You can check your order status on the “Order Tracking” page by entering your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number. -

Damaged or lost products: if damage or loss occurs during transportation, we will provide the necessary assistance.

Shipping modification and cancellation: once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Delivery address and responsibility: please ensure the delivery address is accurate. Issues caused by incorrect address details are the customer’s responsibility.
